Speciality Kilns

While Thermopower custom designs and builds all its furnaces, specialty kilns are units considered to be outside the normal scope of what is required for beneficiation to take place, or processes that are not run-of-the-mill operations.

We have designed, from concept to production stages, various kilns that would fall under this category. Examples would be:

• Automated quenching top-hats
• Camelback continuous belt kilns
• 1500°c continuous nitriding rotary kilns
• 2200°c lab test kilns
• Salt baths
